On a scale from 1 to 10.  How do you feel right now?

If you’re short on time, you can begin directly at the Yoga Nidra portion (minute ……).

If possible, I recommend setting aside about an hour so your body and mind can fully settle.

Make yourself comfortable.

Lie down.

Cover yourself with a blanket.
