Hi, I’m Ola Satya.
My work blends the ancient wisdom of yoga and Yoga Nidra with modern coaching techniques to support deep, lasting transformation. I believe real change begins when the body and nervous system feel safe—not when we push harder.
For many years, I felt stuck, much like the elephant tied by a small chain—held back by old beliefs and past experiences, even when change was possible. Despite a successful career, burnout, depression, and health challenges eventually forced me to pause and listen.
Yoga therapy became a turning point. Through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and Yoga Nidra, I reconnected with my body, reclaimed my energy, and found my true purpose.
 Today, I support others in gently releasing what’s been holding them back—so they can rest deeply, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
